Vision to Production

Studio Art Direction | Art Center Leadership | AI Visual Production

I align artists, tools, pipelines, and teams to move creative ideas from early vision to production‑ready execution.

How I Got Here

Leading through craft, systems, and scale.

A career built on turning creative vision into teams, pipelines, and production-ready work.

01

Craft Leader

1996–2015

I started hands-on — building environments, previs, UI, VFX, real-time scenes, and production art for games and film while learning how creative work actually gets made.

02

Studio Builder

2015–2020

I built Swihart Studios into a working production team, leading artists, pipelines, interactive experiences, multi-million-dollar budgets, and large-scale client delivery.

FEATURED WORK

AI and the Future of Visual Production

AI Visual Production / Systems R&D / Pipeline Building

AI is not just a new image tool. It is the next step in a production mindset I’ve been building for years.

Previs, photogrammetry, speed builds, and real-time production taught me to get ideas on screen quickly, align the team, and build from there.

AI now amplifies that process — faster prototypes, clearer direction, and scalable systems teams can actually use.

The goal is organized speed.

Rapid PrototypesGet the idea on screen fast. Low-Lift SystemsBuild clean scaffolds before scaling. AI-Assisted ScaleMove teams faster with clearer direction.
